12/1034 SCHOOL ADMISSION ARRANGEMENTS 2013-14


The Executive Director of Children, Families & Learning submitted a report to consider and approve the school admission arrangements for the intake on September 2013.

 

The report outlined that consultation on the admission arrangements for 2013/14 was undertaken with schools and stakeholders in January and February 2012 and the admission arrangements were a statutory function.

 

The Admissions Arrangements for 2013/14 were attached to the report as Appendices.

 

 

ORDERED

 

  1.  That the school admission arrangements for the intake in September 2013 be approved.

 

REASON

 

The decision were supported by the following reason:

 

  1. The arrangements have been consulted on and reflect the current capacity available with Middlesbrough schools. The proposed arrangements were attached to the report as appendices.
     
The decision will come into force after five working days following the day the decision was taken unless the decision becomes subject to the call in procedures.
