To consider any application pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 whether to hold the meeting in public or to exclude the press and public from all or part of the hearing. The exclusion of the press and public may only be resolved if the Committee considers the public interest in doing so outweighs the public interest in the hearing, or the part of the hearing, taking place in public. Any party and any person assisting or representing a party may be treated as a member of the public.
